High-Flying Local Accountant Recognised

We are proud to announce we have promoted one of our chartered accountants to Assistant Manager just 9 months after he qualified in the profession.

James Haywood, who joined the firm on a training contract in September 2013 and became an ACA chartered accountant in 2017, has been promoted to the role within the audit department.

His experience is already extensive and covers owner-managed businesses and international subsidiaries. James also completed a three-month work exchange in 2017 with Page Kirk’s sister firm in Boston Massachusetts, USA to expand his international audit and accounting experience.

James commented: “To be promoted to assistant manager just 9 months after becoming a Chartered Accountant shows the trust and faith Page Kirk have in me, as well as making me feel a valued member of the team. The new position will allow me to have more time facing clients and this exciting new opportunity puts me on the right career path to one day being a Page Kirk partner.”
