Switching to Page Kirk accountants

You may think that switching your accountants is going to be a hassle and time consuming, but with Page Kirk your transition will be as seamless as possible. We contact your existing accountants to make all the necessary arrangements to get the documents and paperwork that we need to start working for you, and we arrange the transfer of all the necessary agent authorisations with HMRC.

We aim to provide the very best service from the moment a client joins our firm, and we gather all the important information and details we need from the outset.

We partner with SmartSearch to ensure that our onboarding procedure covers all of the anti-money laundering and know your customer checks which are required by our regulatory bodies. SmartSearch performs a soft check which does not affect your credit score in anyway. It allows us to verify individuals' identification in a quick and easy way,. which eliminates the need for taking copies of passports and drivers' licences..

Once our checks have been carried out, we then send you our engagement letter, which helps you understand what both parties' responsibilities are so that we can work well together.

We send all correspondence via our secure digital portal, where all documentation can be signed and returned to us in one space. This is super-fast and efficient, and also helps cut down the “paper trail” if you're looking to keep hard copies to a minimum.
