Michael Clarke

Michael works in our audit department, supporting businesses, partnerships and charities with statutory audits, compliance, and the preparation of year-end accounts. His role involves checking that financial records are complete and accurate, ensuring that organisations meet their legal obligations, and highlighting areas where processes can be improved. By helping to deliver clear and reliable information, Michael plays a role in giving clients the confidence to make well-informed decisions about the future of their organisation.

Alongside his client work, he is currently studying towards the ACA qualification. This training ensures Michael develops the advanced technical expertise and professional judgement that directly benefits clients through the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight.

Michael graduated from the University of Nottingham with a 2:1 in Finance, Accounting and Management. His degree gave him a solid grounding in areas such as financial reporting, management accounting and business analysis, as well as an understanding of how organisations use this information to make decisions. He joined Page Kirk in 2025, where he is developing his skills in a professional setting.
