He has worked across a variety of businesses and holds both the Cert CII and the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS), awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Personal Finance Society.

His responsibilities include processing application forms, liaising with providers, preparing valuation schedules, and ensuring all client files are accurate and complete.
