Maddy first joined Page Kirk in 2024 as a placement student while studying Accounting and Finance at Nottingham Trent University. Now in her final year at university, she continues to work with us alongside her studies.
Originally from New Zealand, Maddy has a background in competitive trampolining, having represented her country at an international level, a reflection of the focus and dedication she brings to everything she does. Since joining the team, she’s completed her ICAEW CFAB qualification and is continuing to build experience across both tax and audit.
She works on tax returns, accounts for sole traders and limited companies, and supports audit engagements. Maddy particularly enjoys making things clearer for clients, whether that’s explaining what tax they owe and why, helping them understand what the figures in their accounts really mean, or handling HMRC queries on their behalf to take the stress out of the process.
Always eager to learn and grow, Maddy is passionate about making a positive difference for clients while gaining hands-on experience to shape her future career in accountancy.
