Imogen Eley

Imogen heads up the HR department at Page Kirk, working closely with the leadership team to implement best practices and provide ongoing support and guidance across the firm.

She first joined Page Kirk in 2015 as PA to Partner John Wallis and later progressed to HR Assistant, gaining hands-on experience alongside the firm’s former HR Manager. In 2019, she achieved her CIPD qualification and now manages the full HR function.

Imogen’s responsibilities include recruitment, policy and procedure development, and employee engagement. She also organises internal meetings and staff events. Imogen plays a key role in internal communications and collaborates with marketing on internal and recruitment marketing campaigns.

With a people-first approach and a strong understanding of the firm’s culture, Imogen helps ensure that Page Kirk continues to be a supportive and forward-thinking place to work.
