Harry Pickering

Harry joined Page Kirk in September 2025 and is currently studying towards his AAT Level 3 qualification. Having studied business and finance throughout school, he developed an early interest in how organisations operate and manage their finances. Before beginning his career in accountancy, Harry worked in the retail and hospitality sector, where he progressed to a management position. This experience equipped him with valuable transferable skills such as leadership, problem-solving, organisation, and working effectively under pressure. It also gave him exposure to the financial and operational side of running a business, ultimately inspiring him to pursue a career in accounting.

At Page Kirk, Harry is developing his technical expertise through bookkeeping, VAT returns, and preparing accounts for partnerships, sole traders, and limited companies. He is keen to gain further experience in more complex accounts and audits and is committed to progressing through his exams with the long-term goal of qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.
