Filing confirmation statements to Companies House

Confirmation Statements are an annual requirement to be submitted to Companies House confirming your companies’ details. As part of our secretarial services, we check and ensure that all your company information is up to date and process any changes of details as necessary. We then produce the Confirmation Statement for you, send this over to for your signature and return and then we file this document to Companies House on your behalf.

Providing registered office services

Having our office as your companies registered address means we here can handle all incoming post on your behalf for your company. We scan all post received across to you as necessary for your attention, but this eliminates the paper trail aspect of receiving post. We here would file your post as necessary into our electronic filing system and also keep hard copies of legal and mandatory records. This service is great, as it cancels out the time and space used for filing in-house.

Forming companies

We are able to form new companies using our account and access to Companies House and London Law. We set up the companies share structures, director details, persons of significant control as well as any other aspects when setting up a new company. When we have completed the set up of the new company, we then provide our clients with the Articles of Association and any other mandatory documents.

Changing directors

We can update and change the details and positions of company directors. This includes adding new directors, resigning directors, changing their address details, and voting rights. We do so by preparing the relevant forms which are suitable for filing at Companies House and send these across to the Directors for their signature. We would then file these forms on the client’s behalf upon return to Companies House.

Changing shareholders

We can update and make any necessary changes to the companies’ shareholders. This includes share transfers, dividends, adding and removing company shareholders. We can also restructure shares when necessary, such as changing the share class of a company. We do so again by preparing the relevant forms to be submitted to Companies House. We would send these across to the client to be signed and returned to us and then we would submit these across to Companies House as well as sending any documents across to the Stamp Office.
