Page Kirk LLP introduces Virtual Cabinet® Document Portal
With technology improving and the need to apply conscientious and sustainable ways of working, Page Kirk is proud to be working towards becoming a paperless firm. To this end, we are implementing a document management and portal system.
What is Virtual Cabinet® Document Portal?
The software we will be implementing is called Virtual Cabinet® by Reckon Software which is an easy, elegant and effective platform in which to securely exchange documents with us.
How does it work?
You will need to be connected to the internet. You will have a secure log in which takes you to your own account where you can access documentation we have shared with you or upload supporting documents we have requested from you. This means that you won’t need to search through old emails from us to find what you are looking for or wait for letters to arrive in the post - it will all be readily available through the portal.
You can quickly sign documents off at the click of a button. This means no sending documents backwards and forwards through the post or printing them out and scanning them back in. Those signed documents will be sent automatically back to us. It is a much simpler, less time consuming, efficient way of working.
Why use Virtual Cabinet® Document Portal?
There are many reasons to use Virtual Cabinet®. One huge benefit to you will be that you can access your documents wherever you like, providing you have an internet connection. This means you can use your laptop, tablet and even your mobile phone to view and sign documents on the go. Furthermore the turnaround will be a lot quicker and will save everyone time and postage costs.
The Virtual Cabinet® Document Portal has Bank level AES-256 bit encryption in compliance with data protection law making your information extremely safe and secure.
Moreover going paperless is an environmentally friendly way of working reducing yours and our carbon footprints.
What is the next step?
You will receive an email from us to notify you a document has been sent through the portal. Before you can access this first document, you must activate your account. This same email will contain step by step instructions on how to do this.
This is the future of document sharing and we are pleased to be part of it. If you have any problems setting up your account or navigating your way through the Portal please do not hesitate to contact us.
