Vice Chair of the ICAEW Student Council

One of our trainee accountants, Jake Holdroyd, has been elected Vice Chair of the ICAEW Student Council. ICAEW is a world leading professional membership organisation that promotes, develops and supports over 147,000 chartered accountants worldwide. Their student council not only supports local student societies across the country but is also the voice of the students for the main ICAEW council.

Jake who has been studying for his ACA qualification at Page Kirk since 2016 after graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Maths, said:

‘I am looking forward to working with all the student council members in this coming year. My main focus is to encourage the younger generation to consider a career in accountancy. I am grateful of the support Page Kirk has given me in pursuing this role.’
