Marketing Assistant

What we are looking for:

Are you in your first or second year studying for a degree and looking for experience to put on your CV? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a paid Marketing Assistant to work directly with the Marketing & Business Development Manager at chartered accountants Page Kirk. We have an opportunity for a student to gain experience, working 1-2 days per week in our marketing department.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing digital marketing
• Updating social media
• Updating the company website
• Creating engaging social media posts
• Support in marketing campaigns
• Support in creation of company literature
• Market research
• Various admin duties
• Assisting in creating graphics
• Working alongside agencies to ensure delivery of marketing content. –
• Competitor analyse

Experience:

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization or willingness to learn.

Skills:

• Excellent copy writing skills
• Attention to detail Technical skills – able to grasp digital marketing tools
• Communication and teamworking skills
• Offering creative insights and ideas
• Ability to manage several projects at one time
• Ability to think of the bigger picture
• Wanting consistent feedback to ensure growth
