Part-time Admin Assistant
We currently have a vacancy for a good all round Administrative Assistant to work alongside the Secretarial team and to support our Head Receptionist. Hours of work will be 10:00am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday, with extra hours as required to cover holidays and sickness. This is a new role and will have room for progression for those wishing to develop their career within the secretarial profession.
Duties for the successful applicant will include:
- Word processing basic letters and documentation
- Franking of the mail and assisting with post distribution
- Taking the cheques for banking on a daily basis
- Filing of client records
- Covering for the Head Receptionist for lunches and also in times of absence for holidays or sickness
- Preparing refreshments when needed
- Any other general administrative duties as required
We are seeking a professional person, with smart presentation and a good telephone manner. It is also essential that the person has excellent IT skills and is comfortable with MS office, outlook and Excel.
